HOOK 'EM | Texas Flips OL Kaden Scherer
what's the catch?

we really need better designation on why players decide to leave a program. Was this truly a de-commitment? Or did Bama withdraw their offer? Or did he get a better offer somewhere closer to home? I guess in the latter case, it's actually a de-commitment. Just more and more, players leave a program because they effectively got cut, and it should be reported as such. We're no longer dealing with "good kids that play an armature sport". We're talking about fully paid professionals here. More importantly, are we in play?

Banged up secondary
Taaffe can at least tell the younger guys to position correctly or which guy he needs to cover. Sometimes that 2-step shift is the difference between making the tackle or a TD. On that 75 yarder, the DBs clearly weren't talking. A Taaffe can minimize that.

So this is the same idiot that was over his head last year to all of a sudden being considered for a P4 HC job this year?

If resources were the only success factor, we’d be bored of winning by now. Not that simple. Btw, that’s what’s said about every Texas candidate before they’re hired, and we know how they’ve worked out.

Spurrier on Texas
Who's Steve Spurrier? Is he someone I should know?

Arch Manning and Bill Bradley — History Repeating Itself?
I'd love to see what QB would be successful behind this OL. Blaming this all on Arch is just asinine.

Arch Not Seeing Field in Picture Format
because he's running for his life 1/2 the plays from his interior line not blocking anyone, and I'm being generous with 1/2

While you may have a tiny handful of Aggies or Sooners infiltrating us here for their sick brand of amusement, don't you think 99% of the posters here are ardent to degenerate Longhorn supporters? If we weren't, we wouldn't be here. Some of us just don't follow the mouth breathing, cheery idiot script when things are inexcusably bad.

I'm just in such weird headspace that I don't fear OU, Mateer or no Mateer, and I can't explain it. I lived through Boz, Quentin Griffin, AD, those 60+ point plunger rapes and their 100 Big 12 titles, so this is a totally different and irrational feeling for me. I still have faith in our D, and with that, I'll say 28-17, good guys.

Hang on! I AM Dr. Steven Shin. I'm a proctologist. I did perform on Mr. Mateer, but not on his hand!!- Kyle Flood has got to go
Don't feel the need to respect dumb takes. "We may have seen the best of Sark so let's cut our losses now and hire the next sure thing"?? Just confounding...- How is the new indoor facility coming?
Oregon is just trying to squeeze every bit of juice out of Knight before he checks out.- Pretty Ugly Running Game Stat
We don't have a RB issue. We have a new OL issue. Right now, teams are dropping safeties to contain Arch and we still can't run. If Arch continues to struggle, then it'll get even harder to run. We just need this OL to gel.- The Texas offense isn't broken, but right now, the Longhorns are bad
We have different definition of what broken is. What we’re dealing with certainly isn’t anything permanent, but it’s still broken. Arch is either hurt or has the yips. I almost wish it’s the former, because you can overcome a minor injury. Anything between the ears is much harder to overcome.- The Texas offense isn't broken, but right now, the Longhorns are bad
What in the F Jeff??? If this isn’t broken, I’d hate to see what broken looks like. This wasn’t Ohio State in C-bus, this was motherloving UTEP in DKR. I really had to dig DEEP to come up with a worse say on offense. I frankly cannot think of a worse QB performance. This reminds me of Steve Sax and Chuck Knoblaugh suddenly unable to throw the ball to first Base.- Offensive Coaching Staff
Find another f-ing team to root for dude, or come back when you grow up.- For Those Wondering
Also wondering if @Bobby Burton made his pick against the Horns yet? - Note to the board
