En route to a 12-2 record, a conference championship and the program’s first trip to the College Football Playoff, Steve Sarkisian fielded his most well-rounded, productive Texas offense in 2023. Two visits to Texas for 4-star out of state OT  When Texas offensive line coach Kyle Flood stopped by John F. Kennedy High in Cedar Rapids, Ia. in January it went without any fanfare.  That's because the name Nick Brooks was just a very talented prospect in the 2025 class that Texas offered March 1, 2023. Brooks, 6-7 and 345 pounds, had not been on campus and was seen as a true long shot. Brooks then committed to Iowa the in early September before backing off that pledge November

There are two ways Cam Coleman should positively impact the Texas offense when the former Auburn wide receiver, who committed to Steve Sarkisian's program on Sunday, takes the field in 2026. The first way is Coleman's contested catch ability down the field. According to Pro Football Focus, Coleman faced 11 contested targets on passes thrown to him 20 yards or more down the field as a sophomore. Coleman caught nine of them, contributing almost exclusively to the 10 receptions for 323 ya

Tyler Thomas has multiple visits scheduled to Texas Dickinson, Texas - One of the top offensive line targets for the Texas Longhorns in the 2025 cycle is Tyler Thomas (Dickinson, Texas/High).  Thomas, 6-5 and 320, was offered by Texas June 3, 2023 following the Longhorns Elite Camp. Since that time, offensive line coach Kyle Flood has made the Galveston County area standout a priority. And Thomas has reciprocated the Texas heavy interest with at least four visits to Texas for games and

Muhammad, a Washington transfer and second-team All-Pac 12 selection in 2023, visited Texas last week. He then visited Alabama over the weekend. But Oregon is expected to host him this week and the Ducks have gone from a major player in this recruitment to his potential leader. Muhammad is expected to make a decision by no later than Jan. 30. Texas is hosting former Arizona DL Tiaoalii Savea this weekend for an official visit. Savea dropped the Horns in a tweet this afternoon as well. OTF has confirmed this is not an indication of a commitment, however we do believe things are moving in the right direction here for the Longhorns. Of course, Texas is in the market for interior defensive line help, and the 6-foot-4 and 305 lb Savea would be a welcomed addition to the Texas defense.
