2026 Fort Bend Marshall DB Isaiah Williams was on campus last weekend for the Texas Junior Day. This should be a name to become familiar with for the 2026 cycle. Williams was offered by the Longhorn staff during his freshman year of high school and clearly have remained interested since. Texas has done a great job of getting involved here early. In the last week, Williams has earned offers from Cal, Colorado, Houston, Ohio State, Florida and Arizona State. A pretty significant run.

A second offer this afternoon has been extended to a defensive lineman out of the deep south. Texas is dipping into Alabama to offer current Auburn defensive end commit Malik Autry.   Autry, a 6-foot-6 and 320-pound interior defensive lineman, has been committed to Auburn since February of 2023. He received his offer from the Longhorns this afternoon from Coach Kenny Baker as the Longhorns continue their pursuit of having a deeper foothold in the SEC territory.  

The Longhorns have joined many other schools in offering 6-5, 300-pound defensive tackle Josiah Sharma out of Folsom, Calif. Linebackers coach Johnny Nansen stopped by Folsom High School to see Sharma and offered while there. Alabama, Washington, Ole Miss, USC, Arkansas and California are some of Sharma's early offers.

Steve Sarkisian and Chris Jackson extended an offer to five-star 2025 wide receiver Jaime Ffrench Jr. Monday evening. The 6-foot-1 playmaker out of Jacksonville, FL was previously committed to Alabama before re-opening his recruitment on January 14th.  On the Texas perspective, Ffrench told me right after his offer he is very much looking forward to getting to Austin at some point soon. Last night the Longhorns offered 2025 tight end Linkon Cure.  The 6-foot-6, 220-pounder, who hails from Goodland, Kan., was offered by Jeff Banks. Cure is considered to be one of the top tight ends in the country and is a four-star prospect by all recruiting services. He holds offers from many schools, including Michigan, Oregon, Notre Dame, USC, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and more.  This past season, he caught 42 passes for 946 yards and 14 touchdowns. The Longhorns remain in the hunt to find their top quarterback prospects for the 2026 cycle.  Steve Sarkisian extended an offer to 2026 Mission Hills (CA) quarterback Troy Huhn late Wednesday night.  Huhn is a very fun prospect on film. He also brings a great frame for a quarterback at 6-foot-4.    

Texas has extended an offer to 2026 Euless Trinity OL Toa Katoa this afternoon. A name that might be familiar to the board is one that Texas fans should certainly keep an eye on now. Katoa, a 6-foot-5 and 375-pound trench monster is slated to be on campus April 13 for what is turning into a bit of a 2026 day on campus. Texas is officially in the game for Katoa, though the Longhorns have been high on him prior to the extended offer. This will be a recruitment to keep a close eye on

The Longhorns offered Weldon, N.C. safety Enarri White, a class of 2026 prospect, on Friday. Safeties coach Blake Gideon is leading the charge on his recruitment and the 6-foot-1, 190 pound defender told On Texas Football that he plans to visit Austin around summer, along with his mother. Of the schools who have offered, White says Texas, USC and Penn State are his current favorites.

Texas has extended an offer to 2026 American Heritage (FL) quarterback Dia Bell after an unofficial visit to campus Tuesday morning. Bell was on campus and attended the first practice of spring ball for the Longhorns this morning. It is certainly worth mentioning that Dia is the son of former NBA All-Defensive honoree Raja Bell who spent 12 seasons in the Association. With 25 offers under his belt now, Bell is touted as one of the most sought after recruits at the quarterback

This afternoon the Longhorns offered Jackson, Ala. 2027 RB Ezavier Crowell.  Texas joins many other schools who have already offered the freshman standout, as Crowell already holds 15+ offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Oregon, Miami, Ole Miss and more.
