Caleb Cunningham, one of the nation’s top prospects, was offered a scholarship by Texas today. A 6-foot-3, 185-pound receiver from Choctaw County High School in Ackerman, Miss., Cunningham is a consensus five star selection.    

Steve Sarkisian and the Texas Longhorns have granted their newest scholarship offer at today's Junior Day. The honor goes to Ryan Fodje, a 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive lineman from Bridgeland HS in the Houston area. Fodje also holds scholarship offers from Oklahoma, Texas A&M and others. He is one of only a handful of in-state offensive linemen to be offered by Sarkisian and offensive line coach Kyle Flood for the class of 2025. Fodje is on the left in the tweet below.

The Texas staff has offered 2025 Warner Robbins (GA) defensive end Isaiah Gibson. The 6-foot-4 edge prospect is the latest in the cycle to report an offer from the Texas Longhorn staff. Major Preston Jr., safety from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., was offered by Texas earlier today. Preston was one of IMG's starting safeties last year. Texas signee Jordon Johnson-Rubell was the other.    

According to a source in Tucson, Texas is expected to host Tiaoalli Savea, a defensive tackle from Arizona, on a visit this weekend, possibly as soon as today. Savea, who is 6-foot-4, 305 pounds, entered the transfer portal officially yesterday. From Las Vegas' Desert Pines High School, Savea originally signed with UCLA out of high school before transferring to Arizona. He logged 22 tackles and six tackles for loss in 2023 for an Arizona defense coordinated by current Texas linebackers
