By your metric the greatest of all time should be John Stockton.

Stockton ain't Kobe. Jerry told Shaq before he signed him that Kobe was already better than him in July 1996. AI says Jerry West's evaluation of 17 year old Kobe is the best ever. What are you talking about?

He's definitely incredibly mindful and intelligent about his frame and higher injury risk over time.  The guy is very dialed in to maximizing his talent ... which is incredibly scary for opponent

7'4" KD'ish skill set that is also the best defensive player in the world is what he may develop into if he stays healthy long enough

Who had the ball in his hands at the end of every game that mattered? In the 1980s the Lakers gave the ball to Kareem at the end of every game. Why didn't they give the ball to Shaq in the early 2000s?

I'll tell you why. Kobe was better. That's what Jerry West Told Shaq in 1996 when Kobe was 17. Jerry never told Kareem that Magic was better than him.

-2004? Are you Vince?

I mean Kobe literally won every game that was close from 2000-2002, but you have goobers who say he wasn't the best on his team. If the guy who won every close game at the end of the game wasn't the "best," then who was. It wasn't the guy who couldn't have the ball at the end of game.

Did Shaq defend Miller, Iverson or Kidd? Did Shaq dun

Kobe Bryant is widely considered the best NBA player from 2000-2010, earning the title "Player of the Decade" by many analysts for his dominant scoring, five championships (2000-02, 2009-10), and exceptional play on both ends of the floor, often leading the Los Angeles Lakers.

Do you think you know more than Jerry West?

Jerry West's greatest move ever is considered to be his draft trade for Kobe. What does that have to do with me?

I'm a Cowboys fan, but drafting Emmitt Smith and Larry Allen over a three year period doesn't compare to Kobe and Shaq in the same month. Especially when you consider Jerry West told Shaq Kobe would be better than him before he ever played a game for Lakers.

As Joe Zura once said, “find someone who loves you as much as MBHORNSFAN loves to argue.”  I think a better one is find someone who loves you as much as HarveycMD loves Kobe .

You got that right. Who should a fan love more than Kobe who followed his career since before he was drafted?

I don't know what that means. Made a lot of money of AMD today. Like Kobe killing SA in game 1 2001 WCF.
