Barbecue

Featured Replies

Ladies and Gentlemen,

maybe some of you remember me from IT and maybe some of you don’t.

but a long time ago, I made a post online about one of my great friend’s barbecue restaurant in port Neches, TX called Red Bird Barbecue. Since then, Red Bird has been put on the map as Texas Monthly’s #4 ranked barbecue in the great state of Texas. Which I think is a substantial feature in itself.

Today I returned to Red Bird. And let’s just say, Amir Jalali never ceases to amaze me. Bringing his Persian background into Texas Barbecue is nothing short of unique, yet amazing.

#’s1-3 better watch out. Red Bird is on the way to the top. Make your way down to port Neches. Go watch mid county madness, wait in line at RBB. It’s worth every second and penny.
