I love Texas baseball but for a person like myself it is harder to keep up with the what we got, how good are they stuff until the season gets underway. Great to see someone who knows thinks we are top 5.

There has been some mutual interest there, yes. Where things stand as of today, I'm not sure.

The portal window and the draft need to line up better. It adds unnecessary chaos and uncertainty to building a roster.

I can’t wrap my head about roster management in baseball. Imagine after we signed the number one class in football but then terry and Williams were drafted to the nfl and we lost Endries and Watson too before ever playing at Texas.

It’s ridiculous and the house settlement stuff has only made it worse. Every program is operating by their own guidelines and hoping they’re right.

In another 1-2 years I wouldn’t be surprised if Texas and LSU aren’t preseason favorites for many years to come.
