She indeed had a torn ACL!!

Again, it’s been messed up since 8th grade. She essentially doesn’t have an ACL (thus the “I only need 1”). It’s not torn in the sense that she tore it like a brand new tear and it just now happened.

I have a torn acl currently, surgery on Wednesday, but it’s completely possible to play certain sports on a torn acl depending on what’s asked of you.  The toughest part is change of direction quickly but other than that it’s certainly something that doesn’t require surgery

Which doesn't sound like something she'd be capable of doing playing 3rd base and having to make those quick reaction plays she made throughout the WCWS.

Idk, the place I got it from said it was Torn, and the wrapping, coming from having worked in Orthopedics, usually indicates a new injury as it’s used for stability and swelling prevention. Guess we’ll know if she has surgery!

There was a dude that played on the spurs that didn’t have an acl. If your supporting muscles Quads, hammys, calves are strong enough they essentially don’t matter.

Probably also have to train your body on it as well id imagine
