Anybody heard what his blood alcohol was?  If you are underage in Texas and there is any detectable level of alcohol then it is an automatic DUI.  I don't know what the legal penalties are, but I hope his levels were very low.  It does not take very much alcohol for it to be detectable.

    As well as being "intoxicated due to the introduction of cannabis/CNS depressants" and being "unable to operate a vehicle safely."
