How Do You Change Your Credit Card?

Featured Replies

My annual subscription is going to renew this month.  I'm pretty sure I used a card last year that I no longer use.  How can I change it?  Where is the file located?

I’m also curious. Tried to do it on my own about a month or so ago and couldn’t figure it out. I submitted a contact form to ask, but never heard back.

Beginning to think we are all trapped in the matrix and there is no way out. :classic_biggrin:

@Bobby Burton, I'll pile on here since this is a How To thread. Can you let me know how I can change the handle on my profile? I erroneously set that to my real name when I created my account, and I haven't found a way that I can change it myself.

For that, send me a DM of what you want it to be and I will change it for you.

I think right now it just attempts to renew on the card that you paid with originally and if that fails you receive an invoice in your email you can put in new card information.

The way we process cards, we never even get the card information or store it on our servers, we pass it straight to the payment processor and they store the info for renewal. This is probably why you cannot change card information on file prior to the purchase being made.

If you have issues after this or want to generate an invoice earlier, you can do that and pay with a new payment method from here: https://ontexasfootball.com/clients/purchases/ and click manage and renew now.

If I renew now, does that mean it is renewed NOW and I lose the remaining portion of my current subscription?

As long as you have the same account name, you will get the additional days.

Thanks.  Not changing the account name.  Just the credit card.
