Sam or Quinn

Sam would have backed up Quinn.  He probably would have played fullback or H-back.  At Tuscaloosa last year, Sam or Quinn?  At Ann Arbor, Sam or Quinn?  Big 12 championship, Sam or Quinn?  Quinn won.  Sam lost.  Playoffs, Sam or Quinn?  Quinn played in two.  Sam zero.   Sam lost to OU four times.   Sam would never had has at the one yard line.   However, I appreciate Sam and his time here on the forty, but give me Quinn.

C'mon man Quinn obviously had a much better supporting cast. Sam was able to beat Georgia unlike Quinn.

Two can play this game. The UGA Quinn played was a monster and two time national champ a year from it and the team Sam played also had a number of opt outs.

LOL, Sam lost to Maryland, lost to OU 4 times.  Never won a championship.  Better personal?  Quinn led his team to far more important wins than Sam ever did.  Sam was 1-3 against TCU.

Thanks for proving my point.  Sam beat a weaken Georgia team at a neutral site.  Quinn beat the defending national champs at their place.  He beat Bama in Tuscaloosa.  Bama was basically invincible at home.  He beat OU twice.

If you could go back and choose a starting  QB for last nights game, with the choice of Sam E or Quinn, who would you choose? Give me Sam all day.

Want Quinn, but Sam would have scored from the 1.

Quinn wasn’t either lol can’t hit a deep ball consistently and throws floaters with no velocity. Gives the ball away almost every game.

6 straight games with a TO to end the season, multiple games with multiple TOs, every loss Texas had Ewers had at least 2 TOs. People like to fictionalize Ewers and keep thinking he was the reason Texas got good, the defense is the reason Texas made the CFP semi-finals the last 2 seasons, dragging Quinn with them.

not true...he played 4 years...no redshirt

He had another year due to Covid.  Sark called him, but Sam declined.
