On Texas Being Texas - Pat Forde

Featured Replies

"We'll see if Texas of all people is there to defend SEC pride. Part of the whole SEC argument has always been that the crucible of the league is what makes them so good, right? Texas was this good last year. Texas was a final four team as a Big 12 team last year. Being in the SEC didn't make Texas a playoff semifinalist, being Texas made Texas a CFP semi-finalist."

Forde says a lot of stupid things but he nailed this one.

The SEC sucks. All they did was provide us 7 patsies + UGA. Playing in the Big 12 in 2022 we were the #1 SOS in the entire country!

Thx for the TV money though.
