Was on my way to likely buy a new car that I’ve been working on a deal for about 3 or so days. It’s technically a demo but only 500 miles (this is important).
 

The sales guy knows I’m on my way and calls me about 10-15 minutes into my drive to the dealership and asks, did I get him text. I said no, but I’m 5 minutes away and my wife is at the parking lot

 

he says, “oh man. I wish you did. We loaned the car out to a Texas football player for a promo shoot and they were in a sideswipe accident about an hour ago”

 

so my question is- who’s autograph am I getting to still buy this car?? 

Edit: he exaggerated the story but it looks like someone backed into him or he hit something parking
