This would be a good pick up for Texas. I think if you could land him (assuming Moore moves on), having Simmons and Wilson paired together, with guys like Burke, Vasek and Umeozulu backing them up and rotating in would be amazing.

That would be massive. I don’t love our interior OL options next year. Pregnon would be a huge upgrade.

I doubt Campbell goes pro. He’s too inconsistent and surely won’t get a strong draft grade. I’m more worried about Hutson starting than anything. Hutson hasn’t gotten any better since his freshman season.

Personally I don't think Campbell/Hutson are that great of players. He'd be a definite upgrade at the guard position(at least one of them) and we'd leave the on roster players fighting for the other spot.

Campbell needs to work his ass off to improve at pass pro in the offseason. He’s been the weak link by far on the line. He’s a very good run blocker when he’s on, but he also needs to improve his consistency. He gets beat more than I would have expected at this point in his career.

Imo, I'm not sure how Neto isn't starting right now. I think he's better than Connor and is more of a road grader there, Connor might have him in pass pro? I'm not really sure, but he would be a shoe on in for the starting spot next year, imo.

I think it's a fair position to hold on them, but I think they are great players. Both will be Sr's next year and still have a lot of upside and room to improve (that is obvious). I understand the concern for the OL next year, but we have to trust in Flood.

Though I will say, his OL get's a lot of silly penalties, so he needs to work on whatever the issue is there moving forward.

Neto hasn't shown particularly well in the snaps he's had. His spring game was also less than ideal.

I hope he turns the corner this offseason, but we wouldn't be going after this guy if we were confident about someone else being ready in the room next year.

Any potential interest here? Very much a large human and is a multiple all-conference player.

I get what you’re saying, but they did bring in the USC guard. So I’m not sure that’s necessarily true this year.
