@Bobby Burton every time this comes up I want to know the answer. Do you not eat anything with mayo?  Your disgust of the corn dog mayo concept leads me to believe that or is it just the thought of those two together?  I’m more of a mustard/corn dog guy myself but if I had to mayo I could.

No mayo on corn dog for me, that just sounds McNasty lol. Definitely not a mayo h8r unless on corny dogs.

It’s definitely unusual but if you like mayo, you could power through it even if not your first choice.

I think my dad always made his sandwiches with mustard and it’s been that way since jump street for me.

I don’t even remember having Mayo in the fridge growing up. So the first time I tried it on a sandwich, I knew it just wasn’t for me.

Miracle whip uses mostly vegetable oils, some saturated.  Real mayonnaise uses high grade olive oil.

I prefer mustard overall, but don't mind mayo on some things.  To me, mayo goes better with things that have mild flavors.  My son likes both, my wife rarely eats mustard, but actually prefers butter over mayo.  One of my siblings hated mayo with a passion and would not eat anything with mayo in it, including coleslaw, potato salad, sandwiches, etc.  Of course we teased him to no end.

 

Regarding the corndog issue, check the website of the vendor they keep referring to and they only show them with mustard.  That is the way to go.

Mayo is disgusting. 

I have found that the combination of mayo and mustard together with a corndog is actually pretty good
