Speculation of the day.  Bear Alexander enters the portal and comes to Texas.

He wants 1 year of good film for the NFL and saw what that last year did for Alfred Collins and T'vondre Sweat.

Wasn't even 24 hours after he entered that OTF abd others were saying it's not happening 

I look forward to when he's run out of eligibility so we can do away with these questions once and for all.

Lots of people don't like dudes at DT for some reason.  If your culture can handle 2 players quitting the team, surely it can handle some head cases that are war daddies.  For example, sure would have been nice to have gotten Shemar out of the portal last year vs. playing him on Saturday...
