Is the starting CB duo the best since Holton Hill and Kris Boyd? Curtis Brown and Aaron Williams? Ced Griffin and Aaron Ross? I’m not sure, but they have been absolutely stellar this year. I haven’t seen Texas have two lockdown corners like this in years.

No doubt! But they’ve had several cups of coffee in the league, and it just goes to show you how rough we’ve had it at corner for over a decade.

For sure, Holton Hill was talented and definitely better than Boyd. I’m glad to see Boyd on the Texans, his issue at Texas was he never turned his damn head around to the ball!

If he is doing the necessary community projects and volunteering with church/charity, he has a good shot to make the list. The Thorpe committee votes Sunday afternoon for which players advance.
