He shouldn’t have to.  Banks was a unicorn plus Texas was desperate for OL back then.  Now they’re so deep guys like Fasusi and Baker can sit for a year before they play meaningful snaps.

Thats why i don’t think he happens for us. Behind the scenes he’s scared of our depth.

This is why you don’t worry about recruiting until signing day.  All programs sell a vision, but at the end of the day, the games have to be played, and recruits get to see who’s real and who’s bullspitting.

That being said, I think Fasusi sticks with OU unless OU parts ways with Bedenbaugh.

Because "early playing time" on a losing team is so valuable!  🤦🏻‍♂️

The REAL question is if he is on kelvin banks level to come in and start as a true freshman? since it seems he’s running from our depth.

Nah. Kelvin Banks entered college with the maturity of a 28-30 year old NFL vet … very rare IMO

His freshman performance against Will Anderson was incredible

FOUR first round edges he faced his TRUE freshman season and gave up ZERO sacks which is why i don’t understand the idiots saying “there goes his first round pick hopes” after ONE sack he gave up that was mostly quinn’s fault for of course not stepping up in the pocket.
