Nah, just don’t allow those who threw the bottles on the field as students tickets to sporting events during their time at Texas.  Others, whatever.

My family is from a place that has immediate death penalty for illegal drug dealers.

I'm sorry man. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.  You have to make the punishment so tough that no one will ever do it again.

I read North Korea believes in generational punishment. Maybe we should go after their parents diplomas or even grandparents. That’ll send the right message!
