Tx -35 and the problem for teams trying to cover

Featured Replies

Pertaining to the spread Against these lesser teams, here’s the thought I had when playing CSU.

What’s difficult to gauge when betting these big lines is when will the starters come out and how will the backups perform against the other teams starters.  Our starters are going to play at least a half. But what happens then?  Arch, cook, niblack, Wingo, , etc come in. There are too many mouths to feed is the point here.  Until the walk ons come in late 4th, this thing has no choice but to continue piling on. I’m shocked the line is only 35 when TX ST beat these guys by 40+.  Only thing you can’t account for is a major let down.

I keep seeing comparisons to last year's Wyoming game. 2023 Wyoming was probably, oh I don't know, 30 points better than this UTSA team?
