Texas has done a better job in the portal for WR than in High School recruiting.  It feels like Texas lands one big name and two good players that may take time, vs. big time players in the portal. Moore hurt, but if you get French and a good 4* your fine.  This may keep some guys from transferring at WR for Texas. 

WR, DB you can make a living in the portal, DL you can't.
