That was just ridiculous. Even though I wasn't initially involved in that ... I just couldn't let someone try and take a shot (at the guys from 247) when he hasn't shown up in Austin the last two weekends to cover Texas huge official visit weekends. That was incredibly weak to do when you have no-showed in Austin the last two weekends, and the guys you tried to take a shot at were actually hustling on the biggest recruiting weekends of the cycle. 

Now, let's see who magically appears this weekend lol

That was just too over the top ridiculous though. 

On texas football was a god send for me because i was becoming tired of the homerish ways of justin. Pretty unprofessional all around on that board there when a “mod” feels okay saying “f*** xavier worthy” a couple years ago.

I clicked the link and don’t get it. 

I got into an argument with OB, and they could have easily deescalated it, but instead they threw CS at me.  That was my last day there.  They have this thing where they let arguments turn nuclear.    It’s bizarre.   I had even met them and spoke to them on the phone, and was really really good to them.  

They should be experts at diplomacy, and they act more like teenagers.

I could see getting a little miffed after spending hours and hours of your life driving to keep up with recruits and then a colleague runs his mouth a little. I've been a member of all three sites previously  have enjoyed good work out of all. OTF is the best for my money

Pot shots are great....especially when they come from an outlet that has 1 guy in Austin and he doesn't really cover recruiting and is more a beat writer.

It had nothing to do with me … it was someone trying to take a shot at the 247 guys when the person talking has been a no-show in Austin the last two official weekends … pretty big deal they are to cover for Texas coverage sites I would say! 

I thought that was BS because I have seen the 247 guys in Austin the last two weekends covering the biggest events. 
 

Essentially I didn’t like that someone wanted to try and take a shot at 247 guys when you haven’t been putting in the work. It was ridiculous.

Miss the days of Gerry and Justin 2 of the best in the bussiness when I really started getting into this recruiting stuff , glad we have cj now

Post some screen shots , I canceled my subscription over there and followed Gerry and Bobby  . the best in the business
