Why illegal?  If you're thinking safety, she had a pitcher's mask on.  Even without the mask, I would think they'd be ok as long as they meet safety protocols.

We know some pitchers wear corrective eyewear (Rx glasses), so why wouldn't sunglasses be ok?  Outside of safety protocols, the only reason I could see shades not being allowed would be if the sunglasses created a distraction by reflection of light .

I think it was so important (obviously) winning last week. TAMU was such a good warm up for the WCWS. They’re a top 5-7 team. If they didn’t play Texas they would be here. 

I know the gals can throw 140 if need be but I wonder if we got o Morgan in the 7th?
