If the number of 22% of athletic revenue, to be paid to athletes, being discussed is accurate, doesn’t that favor UT since we are year in and year the recenue leader in college sports? USA Today recently reported UT set a college record for single year revenue (article is below). Won’t that allow us to pay our athletes (both male and female) more than anyone else? Thanks

So is the amount of the 22% tax of revenue school specific to the school or is it out of a pool including all participants in NCAA football?

I thought I  read the higher rev schools/conferences would have to pay more but don't quote me on that.   No way players are going to take 22% IMO.  NFL gets 50% right?

There are still details to be vetted but it's 22-percent of revenue if colleges opt to do so. My guess is all major teams that want to play big boy football will opt in.

It will be fascinating to watch. 
 

I initially thought football roster size would be impacted, that sounds like it’s a topic.

I also thought Title IX would have an impact, sounds like that is a discussion as well.

Probably way more questions than answers at this point.
