Consistency.  That's what I look for.   

Finishing first, second, third in various activities is stressful.   Consistency is soothing.

Football, volleyball, softball, women's basketball, track and field (both men's and women's), swimming/diving (both men's and women's), golf (both men's and women's), tennis (both men's and women's), rowing, soccer
