I was told on Tuesday that Jordan had decided to stay at Texas. Obviously, that decision flipped from what I was told yesterday.

Jordan is a class of 2022 signee and was currently running 3rd team at the star position. Even though he was 3rd team, Jordan was considered a valuable member of the Texas secondary.

Jordan is the second member of the secondary to declare an intent to transfer in as many days. Returning starting cornerback Terrance Brooks announced a similar decision on Tuesday.

CTJ has mentioned there will be 4-6 announcements coming in the next 24 hours or so, he seems to have very good insider knowledge. I just hope they aren't all out going.

At this point, the secondary news is just bad. Losing a starter and depth. The good news is the portal can change all of that in a hurry.

Let’s see what they do in the portal. 

Not too surprised about this one. There has been mention of him transferring last fall. It stinks to lose known commodities like Jordan and Brooks, but given the lack of improvement in the secondary the last few years these may be necessary guys to churn out to make room for higher ceiling guys…hopefully 🤞🤘
