I was wondering if possibly the job has been offered to one or guys but the teams they were with offered more money and/or a better title to retain them. 
Example-

Rod Wright being given the defensive line job and title. 
Ryan Neilsen that Bobby has mentioned numerous time now being given the Defensive Coordinator job in Jacksonville

What do you think Bobby, CJ,or Rod?
