I think that UT has the most number of winners  (Not the most individual titles) of The Masters with 3 - Crenshaw, Spieth, Scheffler.  

ASU 2 - Phil and Rahm. 

Houston 2 - Zoeller and Burke.

Not seeing any other schools with two but could be wrong.
