Riojas typically extends longer than Volantis and Harrison. Putting Ruger on Saturday allows them, in theory, to stagger the bullpen with heavy usage guys on Friday and Sunday.

The move was made because he missed his Sunday start against a$m

Tinney just got robbed of a home run by the wind. A 110 mph shot that was a rocket off the bat (31 degree launch angle) died on the warning track. On any other night, that's gone.

Thanks for the insight. Baseball is more of a chess match than you’d think. I stopped playing around 12 years old so we never got too deep into tactics.
