Jabarrius Garror decommits from Alabama

Featured Replies

I'm a little concerned about his production. In two seasons he only has 210 tackles, 88.5 tackles for loss, and 42.5 sacks.

He’s a developmental piece for sure…😜🤣

In the NIL era, I’m not sure how much the educational ranking of the university matters to these athletes. But if academics are important to Garror, as some said, then why was he committed to Alabama in the first place? Alabama is not even mediocre, it’s bad.  They ranked number 92 among public universities in the United States. Since every state has two major public universities as a rule, they’re near the bottom of the barrel.  While Texas ranks number 30 among all universities, including private ones.

I saw his interview on OTF and he seems like an intelligent young man.  He would be a good fit at Texas and he’s a heck of an athlete.  Fingers crossed.

@Gerry Hamilton was on this for sure. Loved the interview he did a few weeks ago! Come to Austin young man!!

Funny thing I was the one who told Aggie Hamilton to take the trip there 👀👀
