He may have a compression sleeve on underneath the sock.

Looks like he has a wrap underneath socks

Those shoes probably provide excellent ankle support.

R E L A X. Could be the angle could be a wrap could be anything. It is March and I believe he was suited out at practice but did not participate so that is a good sign

If there is issue with the ankle he would been a boot, so just chill.

Either wrapped or some sort of sleeve or sock imo.
