All kidding aside, my sister had a significant stroke on my wedding day ~5 years ago. She’s followed her rehab and dr’s advice. She’s not 100 but has a solid quality of life because she’s stayed vigilant. She’s had post tias but acted quickly. Mom died by stroke at 60 so it’s in our genes.

Please take care of yourself and try your best to heed their advice. It makes a difference. 🙏🏽🤘🏽

We got 9 inches here in Breckenridge. Colorado that is. Boy do we need it, one of the worst winters on record. Now excuse me while I go skiing!

Wife romanticizes it.  She thinks it s so wonderful to sit inside with the fireplace with the heat on.  Never mind having to deal with the actual mess.

Just made a beer run. Roads are pretty good here. Slick spot here and there but considering the circumstances not bad at all. Supposed to get a lot worse overnight and into tomorrow and Monday with the predicted temps.

😂 Jumping from planes at 21 was the most awesome experience ever. At 45 my neck, back, and joints I didn't even know I had lets me know just how stupid those activities were.

While we here in Wyoming have had a relatively mild winter, this was just last year.

South central MO. I’ve seen predictions of 6-8”, 8-12”, and 14-18” depending on what area of the state you’re in. It’s a blistering 6 degrees w/ wind chills in the -5ish neighborhood.  Shorts weather for our boy, @Joe Zura
