@Gerry Hamilton how do recruitment agencies miss on a 2️like Fernando Mendoza?

not just agencies, hundreds of coaches.

sometimes players mature later then 15-18. He is 22-23 been through a lot of maturity both body and mind + experience.

NFL misses on 21-25 year olds too.

This only ends in a Carson Beck INT

  • Feels like Beck is going to throw an INT here to close it out.

That final kickoff I said to myself “Beck hasn’t thrown a pick, he’s due”😂😂

Provably some other 2 star that leads them to another natty.

We will see, I think they come back to reality next year. They  did a great job in portal and picked right players and coached them up. Again, we will see if the rest is catching up.

Does it somehow help you to whine and cry weeks after our last game? Maybe you and a lot of others that continue to beat a dead horse need professional counseling.

Beat a dead horse on a season that just ended less than a month ago for us? Makes a lot of sense

Hot take but I think this will be the only national title IU football wins in our lifetimes.  As great of a HC and staff Cignetti has, I don't see them having a peak like this after this season.  They will still make the CFP with some more 10+ win seasons, maybe win some more Big 10 championships, but they won't get this far again.  It think other schools will catch up to their model and NIL + Rev share + Portal will create more parity in college football.  But they will always be the first 16-0 team of the modern era.

Ya, I mean as one guy said, “winning is really hard.” Lmao you reminded me of that comment.

Nope. Just makes you look like a whiny, entitled “fan”.

How did over 100 DI’s miss him?

Some late development there for sure … but also those Covid classes were difficult for many.

Seasons ended early when he was younger. Camps/combines cancelled in his spring when it was huge for his recruitment (QB’s commit early).

A number of factors for a lot of kids in those two cycles

That was as predictable a final drive as they come.

Lol I said "this is where Carson beck throws a pick" right before that snap.. so predictable

Isn’t stuff like this kind of counterproductive? We are sitting home watching because our coaching staff couldn’t identify a weak interior of the offensive line, yet another year of an undisciplined team that ranked fourth from last in penalties and a swiss cheese secondary the second half of the season.

Bro, just fire up NCAA on XBox and let it out on Dynasty mode already
