Flood only recruits tackles and developmental tackles. The guard position is how he figures out if they can become tackles.  Center is just the tackle who can count to 20 silently.

He has a long term relationship with former NFL OG and current Colorado OL coach George Hegamin. 

That's the biggest hurdle for him ... unless there is some contact language that is meaningful on current NIL deal with Colo
