1/2 to 1/16.  Do players just have to have entered window by 1/16?  On 1/17 and beyond, if you haven’t found a team can you still sign after 1/16?

    If they enter by the deadline they can enroll or commit anytime before next season.

    Can still sign. Also, the natty teams will get an additional few days to enter since the window will have closed before the game.
